Payments and refunds

Mantory Minecraft Java hosting is a free service. There is no checkout, no card, and no invoice. This page stays at mantory.net/refund so old links still work.

1. No payments

Creating an account and a World does not charge you. We do not ask for a card. We do not run coupons, billing cycles, or a money-back guarantee, because nothing is collected.

If a paid plan is offered later, prices and any refund rules will be stated at that time on the Website and in the Panel. Until then, Stripe and PayPal code in the Panel stays unused for free Worlds.

2. No refunds to issue

Because there is no payment, there is nothing to refund. If you see a charge that looks like Mantory, write to [email protected] so we can look at it. Do not assume an old receipt still applies.

3. Stopping the service

Remove a World from Panel Settings when you are finished. Download a backup first. After removal, files stay downloadable for a short window (see Privacy Policy), then are deleted.
